Returns

We accept returns 14 days after your items have been delivered. If you would like to return an item, please fill out our contact form – you'll need your order number, name and address. All items should be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.

We aim to give a full refund but there are situations where only a partial refund will be given:
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Bespoke items
You are responsible for all return postage costs and these are non-refundable. If items are over £75, we recommend you use a trackable delivery service. We can't guarantee we'll receive your returned items, so keep proof of postage in case you need to contact your courier.

Once we’ve received your returned items, we’ll send you an email confirming your refund.

We’ll refund you back to your original payment method. This could take up to 10 working days once your return has been accepted. If you still don’t have a refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank or credit card company as they may have additional processing times. If you’ve done this and you’ve still not received your refund, please contact us.
